How the maths works
Flat platform fee, not per-client pricing
Lens Starter
£300/month
Up to 10 client workspaces on one flat platform fee.
Per-client pricing elsewhere
$239/month
AgencyAnalytics, for example, starts from $239/month for 10 clients (agencyanalytics.com/pricing).
Compare that with per-client pricing elsewhere: with Lens the platform fee is flat within your tier, so your cost per client falls as you fill your workspaces.
Pricing questions
Is Lens really white-label?
Yes. Every client gets a single, white-label view of their marketing performance: your brand, your colours, your portal. Reports are branded to your agency too.
How does the per-workspace model work?
Each client gets their own workspace in Lens, and tiers are priced by how many client workspaces you run: up to 10 on Starter, up to 50 on Growth, and unlimited on Agency. The platform fee covers all the workspaces in your tier, so adding a client does not add a new subscription.
What does implementation cover, and how is it priced?
Implementation is quoted separately based on the number of client workspaces, data sources, and level of customisation. It covers onboarding, branding, data source integration, and dashboard configuration. We scope it together and give you a clear quote before any work begins.
What access does Lens need to client accounts?
Lens is read-only by design. With the client's consent it connects to their existing marketing accounts, requests read-only access wherever the provider offers it, and only ever reads reporting data. It never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in a connected account.
